Stamp greeting onto blue CS. Tear a strip of white paper and stamp tulips onto piece using Bouquet Kaleidacolor pad for the tulip tops and fresh greens Kaleidacolor pad for their stems.. Wrap a piece of vellum around edges and secure to card. Stamp outlines of tulips with white ink on vellum.
