On a stip of Teal CS I stamped the Square Backgrounder from the Mini Words set using Teal UM Ink pad. The I stamped a star in the center of each one. Inside one square I stamped the star in Black. I then stamped the Saying onto of the squares using black ink. Layer strip to Black CS. On white panel stamp square randomly with teal UM ink. Stamp several times before re-inking to get a layered look. Stamp a few stars onto the blocks. Layer to Black card and add strip.
