Stamp cat onto white cardstock rectangle using black ink. Punch a rectangle from a larger piece of black card stock with the Clever Lever Punch. Trim edges of black to form an arbitrary frame. Tie a piece of black and white striped ribbon around one side of frame. Adhere cat inside of hole at the top and bottom of the back side of piece. Adhere to front or Orange Bazzill card. Add stripe of ribbon along left side of card.
