Ink up Bold tag with Pearlescent Blue Brilliance ink pad. Kiss stamp with clean dry snowflake stamp. (stamp the snowflake onto the tag) This will remove the ink and leave the image of your stamp. Punch out tag. Punch 1/8 inch hole and string ribbon thru tag. Stamp greeting onto strip of white with Brilliance ink also. Stamp snow flakes onto Summer Blue card stock with Moonlight white Brilliance ink. Layer all together.
