Stamp and emboss snow scene on black card stock with versamark or embossing pad and black or clear powder. Let cool. Dampen paint brush - you do not want it to be drippy. Dip into Pearl White Lumiere paint. Brush over snow scene - the embossed areas will resist the paint. Add blue pearl paint if desired. Wipe off top of embossing lightly with sponge or paper towel if there is excess paint. Trim down piece and layer to piece of black glossy card stock. Stamp snowflakes onto card using black ink. Make accent pieces by trimming down left over painted black cardstock and layering to black glossy. Add Eyelet sticker to each piece and layer to card. Add snow scene to card.
