Stamp cake onto white card stock with permanent black ink - like Black Beauty or Noir black Pallete ink. Trim down piece. Color in cake with watercolor crayons by coloring directly with crayon. Spritz piece with water - causing colors to bleed and blend. Layer to sunshine yellow layer. Attach small lime piece to side of cake layer. Layer piece of caribbean sea card stock to front of 8 1/2 x 4 card. Stamp celebrate horizontally onto lime piece with black ink.Stamp swirl across bottom of card with cotton blossom ink. Attach cake to front of card.
