Stamp Snowman onto white piece with black Permamnent ink. Heat set to speed drying if necessary. Color with chalk pencils - Go around edge of scarf with dark blue, then inside with light blue. Blend with bullet tip fantastix. Rub most of color off fantastix, then edge snowman with very light blue. Adhere to lighter blue from Bazzill Blues. Tear bottom edge if desired. Wrap white scrappers floss around top of strip - before adhereing end to back string on a blue button. Stamp flakes onto navy card with New Canvas white Palette pad. Add snowman to card.
