Stamp baby onto white card stick. Let dry thouroughly. Color in baby face with flesh chalk pencil from the Neutrals set. Rub in with fingertip. COlor in the blanket with the sky blue from the cool set. Rub in with fingertip. If you have stray chalk you can erase it with the eraser on the pencils. Stamp headline and oval with black ink. Cut out. Punch hole in oval. Take a Robins Egg Matchbook card and sand down edges to reveal the white of the paper. Be sure to sand along the scalloped edge to make it stand out. Wrap black Gingham ribbon around scalloped flap of matchbook card and tie in a knot. Add oval tag to ribbon and tie. Adhere down so it lays right. Adhere headline and baby to front of card
