On cream Card stock stamp shadow stamps in a tile Pattern using Olive, Antique Blue and Golden Wheat inks. Stamp Eiffel tower and words onto vellum using Black Brilliance pad. Attach to cream panel using navy eyelets. Attach panel to Navy card.
