 I did this card while I was working on Samples for the 2001-2002 TAC™ catalog. I tool the Grand Botanical stamp and stamped it in Black watercolor ink. I then chopped it down to a small square that used just a corner of the big flower. Then I colored it in using my trustly Dove Blender pen and Markers. I like to scribble the marker onto a slick surface such as a CD and then draw ink from there with the blender pen instead of drawing right on the image with the markers. You get alot more control over the intensity of your colors using this method. I then layered the flower to our Yellow cardstock and free handed a wavy edge with scissors. I attached that to a white card and stamped the greeting from the Classic Sayings plate in Black and the argile from the hostess set in Rasberry along the bottom of the card. Then I cut off a wavy strip off the bottom and added a strip of yellow and raspberry. |
