In 2023, BG Consultants, Inc. contracted the Sac and Fox Trad’n Post Gas Station and Convenience Store project. BG Consultants was contracted for the Civil/Site work as well as MEP for the proposed convenience store. 

The project included approximately 16,100 SY of concrete pavement, 5,020 LFT of curb and gutter, the addition of a storm sewer network, extension of an existing water main to service the site, and a sanitary sewer lateral system. In addition to the site related items, the project included the addition of a new convenience store, 10 fueling stations, 3 recreational vehicle parking stalls, and infrastructure for a future electrical vehicle charging station.

Due to the project site being located along US-73, a traffic impact study was completed as well as continued communication and coordination with KDOT for access permitting. In addition to items related to KDOT access, a vehicle tracking analysis was completed.
