The Hidden Vista Subdivision is a new upscale neighborhood located on the northwest side of Emporia. With a nearby lake the lots were designed to include desirable views as well as allow for easy implementation of walk-out basements for future residents. There is a 50 FT elevation difference across the site because the tract is located on the side of a hill which made the layout of the streets, waterlines and storm sewer a challenge to design to allow for desirable street grades and acceptable drainage limits. With 26 lots in total the average lot size is 1/3 acres allowing for substantial yards and landscaping.

The Project included a Preliminary Plat, Final Plat and project design that includes 6,000 SY of Pavement, 1,000 LFT of Storm Pipe, 2,000 LFT of Sanitary Sewer and 2,000 LFT of Water main.

The Preliminary Plat was completed in May, 2016, and the Final Plat was completed in July, 2016. Construction Started in September, 2016 and was completed in January of 2017.
