BG Consultants was selected to perform professional services for a new 20,000 SF single story, type II-B construction facility for Bluestem Electric. The facility was designed to incorporated fleet vehicle storage and office environs. The building includes a 3,850 SF mezzanine.

In aggregate the spaces include build-out of offices, restrooms, equipment storage areas, vehicle storage areas, locker room and support spaces. Site improvements include secure fenced perimeter, pole storage areas, stormwater control, paved parking, and approaches. The project interior was designed with consideration of long-term operations and incorporation of low-maintenance systems were installed. The building is a pre-engineered metal structure with energy efficient equipment.
